The Cultural History of Ireland Research Association (CHIRA) is a not-for-profit organization based in Dublin, Ireland. The group aims to provide a forum for discussion of current scholarship on Irish cultural history. Our membership is composed of registered post-graduate and early-career researchers of Irish art, architecture & material culture as well as Irish history, geography and literature. We look forward to broadening the disciplinary scope of our membership.
